The Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) reassures its commitment who serving cross-border scholarly exchanges and promoting international cooperation.

The 30th China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET 2025), organized by CSCSE, will be held in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai and Guangzhou from 11 to 20 April, 2025. Alongside this event, the 21^st China Study Abroad Forum (CSAF 2025) will also be convened in Beijing on April 11. On behalf of CSCSE, I would like to sincerely invite partners from foreign Embassies and Consulates in China, higher educational institutions at home and abroad and friends in the field of international education to join us for next year's rendezvous.

CIEET and CSAF, since their inception in 1999 and 2004 respectively, have been committed to promoting high-quality development of cross-border scholarly exchanges and promoting international educational cooperation. Over the past decades, the two events have been dedicated to providing timely, comprehensive and authoritative information on international education, building a bridge for two-way selection between students and overseas educational institutions, and providing a platform for Chinese and foreign institutions to showcase their educational opportunities and deepen mutual exchanges.

At present, the international landscape is undergoing complex changes, with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation advancing fast. As we witness profound changes in the world's educational map, new trends, challenges and opportunities are also emerging in global educational development. Therefore, CIEET and CSAF 2025 will essentially feature the pursuit of quality, trust and safety in international education, with brand-new design, comprehensive discussions and cross-sector exchanges.

- Quality as the core. We aim to strengthen the foundation for international scholarly exchanges with quality education, programs and channels.

-Trust as the key. We aim to build mutual trust in the fields of evaluation and recognition, assessment innovation, as well as information sharing.

-Safety as the foundation. We aim to provide friendly environment, convenient services and safety guarantee, and facilitate transcultural understanding.

At CIEET and CSAF 2025, we will:

Release authoritative data. Core indices and authoritative data on studying abroad, studying in China, and overseas credentials evaluation will be released;

Deepen diversified exchanges. More than ten high-level professional dialogue platforms will be created in fields including mutual student mobility, policy elaboration, service system and quality evaluation for cross-border education, mutual credential recognition and trust mechanism, international education and security, talent cultivation and employability, study overseas and examinations, as well as other areas in relation to international education. We hope this will help facilitate discussions and pave the way for development cooperation among our partners.

Focus on equal cooperation. Thematic matchmaking events and special zones for intercollegiate exchanges between Chinese and overseas institutions will debut next year to foster high-quality educational resource exchanges and collaboration.

Improve exhibitor experience. National pavilion exhibitors will enjoy more privileges and benefits, while exhibitors will be able to customize personalized exhibition areas. In addition, flexible channels for online and offline promotion will also be renewed for our exhibitors.

Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), as a public service organization directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, has provided services to nearly 5 million students engaged in overseas scholarly exchange as of now. Since its inception, CSCSE has been committed to serving students from all over the world, cultivating international talents, providing full-chain services for international students, creating a globally-influential credential evaluation and recognition system, as well as providing better services for both overseas returnees and foreign students studying in China. By setting up platforms for exchanges and cooperation, CSCSE aims to enhance the level of internationalization for both domestic and foreign higher educational institutions.
